R. Madhavan is ready to impress the audience with yet another power-packed film. The actor, writer, producer and director, R. Madhavan and Scientist Nambi Narayanan are in America to promote the release of their new film “Rocketry: The Nambi Effect.”
The City of Stafford, Mayor Cecil Willis, had the privilege of presenting Scientist Nambi Narayanan, the father of Cryogenic engineering in India, with a special proclamation in honor of his accomplishments and the release of the 2022 movie.
During the proclamation presentation for Nambi Narayanan, The City of Stafford Council Member, Ken Mathew and Virginia Rosas along with Missouri City Mayor, Robin Elackatt joined the celebration.
Council Member Mathew stated, “On this day, June 3, 2022, the City of Stafford, Texas, is proclaiming this day as Nambi Narayanan Day. This is a proud moment for every Indian living in Stafford, Texas.”
Missouri City Mayor, Robin Elackatt joined City of Stafford Mayor, Willis, and said, “I am looking forward to the release of this film. This film should be a patriotic moment for every Indian in State of Texas and across this globe. Sometimes in life, it’s about correcting a person’s name from wrongdoing and I am so glad actor R. Madhavan picked this subject for his debut.”
The actor R. Madhavan will be seen playing the lead role in “Rocketry: The Nambi Effect” on July 1st. The film is based on the life of Nambi Narayanan, a former Indian scientist and aerospace engineer of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) who was falsely accused of espionage in 1994.
The story spans across Narayanan’s days as a graduate student at Princeton University, where he studied chemical rocket propulsion with a fellowship from NASA in 1969 and introduced the liquid fuel rocket technology in India in the early 1970s.
This movie was shot around several countries including India, Russia, Serbia and France. This film is shot simultaneously in Tamil, Hindi and English and will also be released in the Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada languages.
