Many are wondering, why America, a Nation that claims, “IN GOD WE TRUST” is behaving Godless, faithless, unkind, rude, angry and careless these days. A Nation once loved by people all over the world, a Nation people were crazy to come and live, a Nation that was the envy of the world, a Nation that was kind and compassionate to the poor and needy, a Nation that was so kind to others regardless of their faith and color is not the same any more.
People were very loving, caring, compassionate, helpful, respectful, decent and willing to help others. This Nation really helped many poor Nations around the world, helped many to come as immigrants and live a good life here, allowed others to come and work, study and achieve greatness. We are so thankful to this blessed Nation for their support to many other Nations around the world. It was the dream of most all around the world to come and live in the United States.
However, things are different now. People are so divided, so angry each other, so revengeful and somehow lacking the care and compassion showed to each other. There is something fundamentally changing in this Nation and we see so much violence, destruction, road rage, racial tensions, lack of concerns, lack of faith and many are questioning what is happening to this Nation, once the envy of the whole world? Let me point out some of the main reasons, this Nation is heading in the wrong direction:
Leadership with no ethics or decency
We used to have great leaders from both parties and they led the Nation very well to prosperity, unity, love, respect and care for each other regardless of the color, nation of origin, faith and culture. Now we see leaders making poor decisions, ignoring constitution and laws, dividing the Nation based on color and culture, punishing those who are not supporters and ridiculing people in public, calling people stupid, idiot, crazy etc. in public using their bully pulpit.
The most powerful Nation in the world once with the most powerful leader in the world is becoming a joke to other Nations and many are angry with the dumb and senseless decisions the leaders now make and not only the people here are suffering but the whole world is suffering. People are losing jobs, economy is getting worse, prices are going up for most everything, wars are threatening many Nations, corruption is increasing, leaders without character and morals are drowning this Nation to dangerous levels.
The economy is struggling, the national debt is alarming, many small businesses are going out of business, tax burdens are increasing by senseless tariff policies, the pain at the pump, the price at the grocery stores, increasing inflation, unemployment, lack of laborers, cruel immigration policies and fear of survival are all so alarming to everyone.
Leaders with no shame or moral compass
Sexulization of men and women by a US president? Have you ever heard such things before? A president shamelessly explaining on National TV about men and women and explain how beautiful their behind or rear end is and his repeated sexual comments. How low a person can go more than this, how sleazy a leader can go? This is so ugly, unholy, classless and crazy behavior no one should applaud or support. Rather the Clergies, Pastors, religious leaders must condemn this behavior and must do everything to get rid of such indecent and unethical leaders regardless of the party we support. Question, “WHICH GOD WE TRUST”? WHICH BIBLE DO WE READ?
Jesus said, that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart (Mathew 5:28). This president asked a black lady to stand up for the crowd to see her behind since he was crazy about her anatomy. We know there are cruel leaders in the world and they do very bad things but I don’t know any of them acting like this one in public.
This is a married man, in fact his third marriage and let that sink in. What is wrong with this person? People, must not agree with this nasty behavior and just say, oh it was a joke etc. This is becoming a habit of this person. Our children are listening to this garbage and do you think it is ok because he is the president? No, not at all. Remember, WE TRUST A HOLY GOD WHO DEMANDS US TO BE HOLY AND THE LIGHT OF THIS WORLD.
I am so shocked that the so called Evangelicals who prayed to a Holy God and supported this leader, have nothing to say about this trashy behavior we are witnessing daily in this Nation. There are mistakes and stupidity in both parties and leaders, but I have never seen or heard this kind of nonsense, angry words, prideful boasting about self, treating others so rude, making dangerous decisions, ignoring the laws and constitutions, ignoring the Congress, attacking poor cities, being friends with our enemies such as the leaders of Russia, North Korea and China etc.
Self-centered Leadership & Pride
When a leader cares about himself and not the Nation, the people suffer. These types of leaders enrich themselves and their core supporters. These supporters will support their leader for their own sake, power and purse and do not care about the people at all. When a leader act like a dictator, ignores the advice of experienced and well knowledgeable experts, he won’t listen to others. His pride and ego will be controlling him for each and every action or decision and he won’t listen to others for anything. These dictators will destroy any one who talks against their leadership. All they want is loyalty regardless of the consequences of their action. They will never admit mistakes, never apologize for any mistakes and never learn from any mistakes.
Self-gratification is the primary goal of a dictator. They will be repeating lies so many times and never ever admit their faults. No one should be above himself, no laws, no rules, no constitution, no expert opinions. No one can change this type of behavior and there is no fear of consequences, no fear of God, no shame, no ethics, and no morals. He will talk all kind of evil, trash, crazy and nasty things about others who voice decent opinions about anything he does.
We all know that there are some bad people in this Nation who want to destroy others, criminals who commit violent crimes, drug pushers, sex traffickers and they must be punished and put in jail or send back to their countries. But most people are not criminals at all. They work hard, pay taxes, raise their families, but now a days many are afraid and struggling and wondering if the leaders do not care for them but for enriching themselves.
We see so much chaos, cruelty and corruption rather than what this Nation once stood for things such as love, respect, care, compassion, moral values and treat others with decency and kindness. We are missing all of these good things. Cruelty is not leadership. Moral collapse is not patriotism. When you support these types, your moral compass is also broken. How can a born again person compromise this? Don’t you think that God is angry at these leaders and their supporters’?
Please understand the dangers and consequences of bad leaders and as a Nation, come together to elect good and decent leaders regardless of the party affiliation, so that America, ONE NATION UNDER GOD will reclaim all the glory it has lost. We all love this Nation and pray for this Nation to be the best in the world again.
